In partnership with The Institute for Citizen-Centred Service (ICCS), we invite you to register for the third presentation in FCV’s six-part Digital Transformation Series. This session, entitled Putting Service Design at the Heart of Public Service Delivery will unpack how to put user-centred, agile service design at the heart of public service delivery to provide simpler, clearer and faster services for citizens. We will talk about challenges that impede service innovation in government, and how a fresh focus on the user, supported by new principles, standards, and ways of working, can provide structure to a changing landscape. Participants will leave the session with an understanding of why meeting the needs of users also benefits government, and how they can start to deliver services that truly meet citizens needs today.

About FCV’s Digital Transformation Series: In partnership with The Institute for Citizen-Centred Service, the FCV Digital Transformation Series will cover the three proven phases for implementing digital transformation in the public sector – Foundation, Design and Scale – and ultimately, help participants learn how to redesign and scale their services for the future. Over the course of six compelling sessions presented by FCV’s team of experts, the series will outline the fundamentals of digital service design, and provide participants with the knowledge and tools to initiate real change.
