TORONTO, ON – FCV Interactive’s Strategy & Transformation team is growing as Joëlle Chartrand, Senior Manager, Business Analysis, joins the agency to help clients improve data-driven decision making, design better business processes and steer improvement initiatives. In Vancouver, Nicole Broeckling has been promoted to Director of Service Design, and is joined by Dave Marchuk, who takes on the role of Senior Service Designer.
The roles report to FCV’s Senior Director of Strategy & Transformation, Roger Oldham, who continues to expand the agency’s consulting business across North America. Before joining FCV in early 2015, Oldham was Chief Digital Officer at the Ministry of Justice with the UK Government, launching some of the UK’s first digital public services through GOV.UK.

Chartrand will help guide organizational change, working closely with clients to uncover opportunities that create value for stakeholders. Before joining FCV, she honed her craft over ten years at Morneau Shepell – Canada’s largest Human Resource firm – initiating digital cost-saving, and revenue-driving measures across all lines of business. In academia, Chartrand served as Field Director, overseeing operations of a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council-funded archaeological research initiative and field school in Belize, later transferring her analytical skill set to Toronto’s Sheridan College, where she taught Business Analysis.
Broeckling leads the Service Design team at FCV, applying a user-focused lens to better understand and redesign clients’ business and service experiences. Turning business and user insights into service design recommendations, she drives initiatives that enhance the end-to-end customer experience for public sector organizations across North America. Prior to joining FCV, Broeckling worked with Samsung, NEC and more recently, Apple.
