FCV Interactive recognized by Forrester Research for innovative approach

VANCOUVER, BC – FCV Interactive is the only agency in Western Canada – and just one of eight in the country – to be recognized on Forrester’s first ever global list of Service Design practitioners. The Service Design Agency Overview report identifies 103 agencies from around the world best suited to help organizations navigate today’s service economy.

FCV evolved its Service Design approach last year with the addition of a number of seasoned Service Designers to its growing Service Design team. “Rather than begin with technology, Service Design focuses on the needs of customers and providers first,” adds Starke. “We focus on what can be done digitally to provide the most value only once we understand how people interact with your products and services, and how your internal teams deliver on those experiences.”
